5 Best Hollywood Movies of 2021 We Loved Watching

 While 2020 was a complete train wreck for the majority of genres of cinema worldwide, 2021 was a much, much better year, THANK GOD! The majority of stalled projects have been completed, and while theatres are still not as packed as they once were, at least they are open. Unlike last year, Hollywood had a diverse slate of releases this year – with even major (and expensive) players like Marvel releasing multiple films. Here are our picks for the top five Hollywood films set to release in 2021!

1. Cruella

Cruella is the origin story of Cruella de Vil, who is introduced to the viewer as Estella, a talented woman looking to make a name for herself in the fashion world. She teams up with two thieves who, like her, are prone to mischief. Estella's darker side, on the other hand, is quickly revealed when she befriends Baroness von Hellman, a legendary fashion icon.

2. The Father

As a father becomes a senile old man and refuses assistance from his daughter, he begins to lose his mind and grasp on reality. The film earned Anthony Hopkins the 93rd Academy Award for Best Actor.

3. The Black Widow

While Marvel bid farewell to Natasha Romanoff in Avengers: Endgame, viewers got to see Johanson reprise her role as Romanoff in a standalone film that fans had been anticipating for years. While Black Widow is not Marvel's first standalone female superhero film, it was undoubtedly one of the most anticipated.

4. Venom: Allow for Carnage

Eddie Brock is struggling to cope with his dual identities in this second instalment of Venom, until he discovers that a dangerous serial killer has also become host to an alien symbiote and must be dealt with at all costs.

5. The Immortals

The Eternals are a warrior race endowed with superhuman abilities that have lived on Earth in secret for several thousand years. When an evil humanoid race known as the deviants begins to threaten Earth, The Eternals must band together and fight back.
